The role
You take one-on-one video consultations with people who already asked for one, and you enroll them in our GLP-1 weight loss program.
- Take 30–45 minute Google Meet consultations with warm inbound leads. Every person on your calendar is a warm-lead and has shown some interest in our program.
- Follow up with people who booked but didn't show up, by text and phone call, within the same day.
- Log every consultation and its outcome in the CRM.
No cold calling. No lead lists. No appointment setting for someone else. You're the closer.
What we offer
- A day shift on US Eastern time. Colombia and Miami share the same clock. Shifts fall between 10am and 8pm Eastern, including weekends, make sure this works for you in advance.
- Payment in USD. A base of $1,200 - $1,500 a month, plus bonuses. A top-performer can earn $3-4K USD/month.
- Warm inbound leads only. Nobody on your calendar is a stranger to us.
- Remote, on a contract (prestación de servicios), paid through Paypal.
- A physician-led medical practice, not a telehealth call center. You'll know the doctor's name and you'll talk to the owners every week.
The company you would be joining
Everglow Miami is a family-owned medical practice in North Miami. Weight loss with GLP-1 medication, under a licensed physician, with real patients walking through the door every day.
We're not a telehealth brand with a sales floor and a script. There are two of us running this, and until now we've taken every virtual consultation ourselves. That's what's changing. You'd be the first person we trust to take those calls in our place, and you'd work directly with us, not with a manager three layers up.

What happens after you apply
Every application is read by me, and you get an answer either way, usually within three business days. If it looks like a match, we do an introduction call through Google Meet. If that goes well, you start a paid two-week trial taking real calls from our queue, with commission on anything you close. At the end of the trial we both decide if you'd be a good fit. Application is not binding.
Requirements
- At least one year closing high-ticket sales over phone or video, in coaching, fitness, health, telehealth, aesthetics, or weight loss. Appointment setting and customer service don't count. GLP-1 sales experience is a strong plus.
- English throughout. This page, the application, the interview, and every consultation. Your patients are mainly based in Miami. Spanish is also a real advantage, since many of them may prefer it.
- Two short videos as part of this application, recorded on your phone. One introducing yourself, one handling an objection. No editing, no app to install.
- A quiet room, good lighting, reliable internet, and a real webcam. The entire role is on video.
- Availability on US Eastern time between 10am and 8pm, including some Saturdays. The exact shift is set together, but the time zone is not flexible.
